Tai Chi and Qi Gong: what's actually the difference?
Qi Gong is the broader practice — simple, repeated movements paired with breath, designed to cultivate and circulate energy. Tai Chi is a more structured martial art that grew out of similar roots, built from flowing, connected forms.
CelestQi borrows the accessibility of Qi Gong and the flowing structure of Tai Chi, distilled into sequences short enough for a daily 7-minute ritual and gentle enough for a total beginner.
You don't need prior experience with either. You need seven minutes and a floor to stand on.
