Why seven minutes is enough
Most movement practices fail for the same reason: they ask for more time than a real life has to give. A 45-minute class is easy to plan for and easy to skip. A 7-minute ritual is easy to actually do — before coffee, between meetings, on the studio floor or the kitchen tile.
CelestQi is built around one daily ritual, not a menu of durations to choose from. Seven minutes is long enough for your breath to actually settle and your body to actually move through a full sequence, and short enough that there's no good excuse to skip it.
The goal isn't a longer practice. It's a practice that survives contact with your actual schedule — every day, aligned to where you are right now.
